Park & Maven

Integrity was awarded the Park and Maven temporary shotcrete shoring wall with the assigned target of installing 26,000 ft2 of shotcrete and over 985 anchors in 57 working days. Integrity developed a work plan to expedite the schedule and successfully completed the scope in 47 working days. The work plan included working extended hours during the week and working every Saturday to complete the project ahead of schedule. Integrity worked with the owner and the excavation contractor to find time savings through sequencing, concrete supply and crew management. The project was complex consisting of over 50 wall turns and 15 different wall elevations. Integrity worked closely with the design engineer to confirm all anchors were installed as per the design and verification testing witnessed and confirmed.

The project consisted of IBO anchors installed with lengths of up to 56 ft using our excavator mounted hydraulic rigs. Hydraulic anchor rigs work at a higher efficiency and have less down time due to maintenance. This allows Integrity to achieve high production rates, faster timelines on a more consistent performance than our competitors. Integrity committed two shotcrete crew completely independent to the drilling crews which shot up to 16m3 of shotcrete per day. The project was successfully completed on time and budget, with up to 27 workers on site each day to meet the scheduling needs of our client.
