Pipe Piles

Integrity Shoring & Civil Ltd. can installed pipe piles ranging from 4” (104mm) to 14” (365mm) diameter pipe piles.  A variety of installation methods can be employed depending on the application and soil conditions. In cohesive soils, boreholes can be drilled in advance of placing the pipe pipes, then the pipe can be set in place and grouted or concreted in place. Where non-cohesive soils exist and / or challenging soils, such as high water levels, pipe piles can be installed integral while drilling with down-the-hole hammers and specialized underreaming bits.

Pipe Piles: Versatile Foundation and Shoring Solution

Pipe Piles usually consist of a single HSS or Tube steel element that is grouted or concreted in place.  Depending on the application and design additional steel and reinforcing may be installed in the center of the Pipe Pile to increase capacities.

Pipe Piles have become an ideal for shoring applications and deep foundations. They can be installed in restricted and tight access areas, problematic ground conditions and have both compression and uplift (tension) working capacity.
