Integrity installed a permanent shotcrete shoring wall to allow for the expansion of the AbbeyWrap warehouse in Abbotsford, BC. The owner was looking to extend their warehouse and needed an existing retaining wall removed and replaced with a permanent shotcrete wall to allow for the installation of the warehouse’s foundations.

Integrity’s in house engineer worked with the owner and design engineer to develop a feasible design and construction sequence that would allow for the installation of the permanent shotcrete wall while removing an existing lock block wall. The project was completed as a design build and from time of award to completion was less than 8 weeks, which include design, removal of existing retaining wall and installation of the permanent shotcrete wall. This was essential to keep the construction of the warehouse on schedule.
